Curriculum Plan
Stamina & Endurance4 lessons

We work on endurance training with the woodcutter breath, warrior breath and fun breathing activities that strengthen the lungs. We also practice Surya Namaskars as well as asanas such as Veerabhadrasana 2, Ardha Pincha Mayurasana and Sarvangasana that improve stamina.

Strength6 lessons

We practice asanas such as Hasta Uttansasna, Bhujangasana, Setubandhasana, Chakrasana, Parighasana to improve spinal mobilility, flexibility and posture along with strengthening the back

Flexibility2 lessons

With the practice of Yoga Asanas such as Ardha Raj Kapotasana, Janu Sirashasana and Halasana, learners stretch their bodies and their imaginations with our fun Yoga theme based learning while also improving their flexibility.

Focus & Concentration7 lessons

With the practice of breathing exercises such as Alternate Nostril Breathing and Box Breathing as well as balancing Asanas such as Vrikshasana, Utthita Hastha Padangusthasana, Garudasana we improve our focus and concentration. We solve Yoga riddles, quizzes and test our memory within the Yoga sessions as we practice poses to improve our analytical skills.

Awareness2 lessons

We learn to eliminate toxins in our body and mind with the breathing practice of Kapalabhati. We learn Yoga around concepts of Chakras and Energy Centres that helps us regulate our emotions. Through the practice of asanas such as Garudasana, Natarajasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana we are able to understand and improve body alignment and posture.

Making Conscious Choices3 lessons

We explore concepts around less screen time, spending time in nature, protecting wild life species and the environment in our Yoga Adventures while practising asanas such as Parivritta Naukasana, Halasana, Vashishtasana that work on understanding body alignment.

Does my child need prior knowledge of Yoga to be eligible for this course?

Prior training is not necessary to enrol in any course of Crejo.Fun. Our courses are designed to be engaging learning experiences for children of all ages and skill levels

How do you conduct Musical Yoga sessions online?

Musical Yoga sessions are conducted online via the Crejo Funroom. These are live interactive sessions between learners and facilitators.

My child is enrolled in a yoga class in school. How is this different?

These sessions are Integrated Arts-based Learning developed using an amalgamation of Yoga with original music and stories, creative movement, imaginative thinking, drama-based improvisations, breath work and mindfulness. This course is designed to help learners become confident independent thinkers who are more creative and self-aware with a positive outlook towards life.

Do parents need to be around to help out during sessions?

Crejo.Fun sessions have been designed so that learners can independently attend the same. If a specific session requires parental assistance, you will be informed in advance.

Are two sessions a week enough for my child to learn through Yoga?

Yes, two sessions a week is enough to ensure that children are learning and are also able to keep up with other school commitments. We will also provide practice and revision material so that your child can learn outside the classroom.
