We focus on Yoga with Music along with improvisations and practice Asanas such as Trikonasana, Sarvangasana. Dhanurasana that work on improving our flexibility, spinal mobility and agility.
Our Yoga Tales about bugs and creepie crawlies, work on helping us build a strong back, good posture and a strong core with the practice of Asanas such as Vrikshasana, Naukasana, Meru Dandasana and Sarvangasana to name a few.
We Practice Yoga with fun music that will improve our motor skills, strengthen memory, allow to practice self-expression and improve body co-ordination.
We practice Balancing Yoga Asanas such as Eka Padasana, Ardha Chandrasana and Vrikshasana. We introduce the concept of meditation and visualization with the beautiful sound of singing bowls to help the learners to relax and de-stress
Through our Yoga Tales of the lion who chose love over hate, the sloth who got over his fears, the mouse who chose to be brave and the fish who learnt his lesson, we learn about self-love and to believe in ourselves. We also practice poses such as Ashwasanchalasana and Veerabhadrasana that focus on understanding body and improving posture.
Through our Yoga Tales of the dolphin who never shared, the crab who was a bully and the peacock who was never happy with his gorgeous colour, we learn about different emotions such as fear, self doubt, greed and share our reflections when facing these emotions.
Through creative warm up activities, we explore emotions through a cloud activity and practice Yoga asanas by exploring shapes and lines that allow us to express ourselves creatively and improve spatial awareness.
Does my child need to know the basics of Yoga for this course?
Our courses are designed to be engaging learning experiences for children of all ages and skill levels. Prior training is not necessary to enrol in any course at Crejo.Fun.
Do you offer a certification on completion of the Yoga course?
Yes! Your child will receive a certificate at the end of this course.
How do you conduct Yoga classes online?
Yoga sessions are conducted online on our custom-built interactive video platform called Funroom! They are live interactive sessions between learners and facilitators where Yoga is taught integrating music, stories, illustrations, videos and games/activities making it so much more fun!
Are sessions live or pre-recorded?
All our sessions are conducted live or in real time by highly trained experts in small batches. The ratio of teacher to learners is 1:4, ensuring that your child can get maximum attention and interactive feedback. This helps your child progressively learn & improve. These sessions are held on our custom-built gamified platform called Funroom.
My child has tried Yoga and found it boring. How do you make it interactive?
Yoga at Crejo.Fun has been designed to make it the best child-friendly Yoga course available. We leverage play to keep the learning fun, in-depth, engaging and interesting. Along with a strong Yoga practice, learners are encouraged to think out of the box, use elements of art, poetry, music to enhance their Yoga Practice (along with SPICE).
Apart from our child-friendly Yoga curriculum we also use the latest technology with music, games & videos to ensure that children are attentive in every session!
